Standby Ambulance Request

Please fill out the following information to request an ambulance to standby at an event. Please submit your request at least 14 days before the event to allow for scheduling. Not all events will be considered. We will attempt to fill all appropriate requests to the best of our abilities.

Your request after it is submitted will be reviewed and if necessary someone will be in contact in reference to your request.

Once again, please remember that filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee an ambulance to your event, but your requests will all be reviewed and considered. If an ambulance can be staffed and attend your event, someone will be in contact to let you know.

In the event that a standby ambulance is not able to be provided, please remember to call 911 in the event of an emergency.
